7. WhatsApp, Meta and Third-Party Platforms
Where Souveno provides integrations with WhatsApp, Meta, or other third-party platforms, your use of those platforms is also subject to their respective terms, policies, and requirements.
You are responsible for:

Using approved message templates where applicable.
Complying with applicable messaging and communication laws.
Maintaining accurate business information.
Ensuring that your messages and campaigns comply with applicable platform policies.
Souveno does not control third-party platforms and cannot guarantee their continued availability, functionality, approval, or policy decisions.
Third-party platforms may suspend, restrict, modify, or terminate access independently of Souveno.
8. Customer Data and Content
You retain ownership of the business data, customer information, messages, documents, media, and other content that you submit to the Services (“Customer Content”).
You grant Souveno a limited, non-exclusive right to process Customer Content solely as reasonably necessary to:
Provide the Services.
Operate and maintain the platform.
Provide customer support.
Maintain security and prevent abuse.
Perform technical operations required to deliver the Services.
Comply with applicable legal obligations.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and consents to submit and process Customer Content through the Services.
9. AI-Generated Content
Some Souveno Services may use artificial intelligence or machine-learning technologies.
AI-generated outputs may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your particular purpose.
You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before relying on, publishing, sending, or using it for business decisions.
Souveno does not guarantee that AI-generated outputs will be error-free or appropriate for every situation.
10. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Souveno platform, website, software, branding, designs, logos, features, documentation, and underlying technology remain the property of Souveno or its applicable licensors.
Except as expressly permitted under these Terms, you may not:
Copy or reproduce our software or platform.
Resell or redistribute our technology without authorization.
Modify or create derivative works of our Services.
Use our trademarks or branding without permission.
Attempt to extract or reproduce proprietary technology.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of Souveno's intellectual property to you.

We are not responsible for interruptions, changes, errors, pricing changes, or policies imposed by third-party providers.

16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Souveno will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, Souveno's liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
17. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Souveno, its officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from:
Your violation of these Terms.
Your unlawful use of the Services.
Your Customer Content.
Your violation of third-party rights.
Your violation of applicable laws or platform policies.
18. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to protect confidential information received from the other party and use it only for purposes related to the Services.
This obligation does not apply to information that:
Is publicly available.
Was already lawfully known.
Is independently developed.
Is required to be disclosed by law.
19. Changes to the Services
